In a post for CATO Unbound, Copyright Alliance Academic Advisory Board chair Mark Schultz discusses how so called copyright reform proponents often overlook the impact of their proposals on actual creators.  Noting that despite the fact that creators are at the core of these issues, “Too often, the modern copyright debate overlooks the fact that copyright concerns creative works made by real people, and that the creation and commercialization of these works requires entrepreneurial risk taking.”
