WASHINGTON - On May 17, the Copyright Alliance is hosting a panel discussion, Connecting Creators: Telling Our Story, featuring several members of their over 8,000 member network of independent artists and creators. The panel is part of the Alliance's fifth anniversary celebration and will feature a range of talented individuals, including Thievery Corporation's Eric Hilton and West Wing director Vincent Misiano, who will discuss their creative processes, new business models and ways in which copyright affects their creative work.

Phil Hawken, ESL Music
Vincent Misiano, Vice President of Directors Guild of America, director of dramatic television for more than 30 different series including The West Wing and Gossip Girl
Mike Lemon, Musician and Counsel, Senate Judiciary Committee
